December 16, 2022 — The Wallace Center is looking for a passionate and motivated human to join our Resilient Agriculture and Ecosystems (RAE) team as a Program Associate. The RAE team works to advance regenerative agriculture and livestock grazing as scalable, market-driven solutions for building healthy soil, viable farms, and resilient communities. We work with a range of partners to build resources, provide technical assistance, and remove barriers to expanding regenerative practices. This work includes the Pasture Project, a multi-pronged effort to support regenerative grazing, and the Regenerative Ag Idea Network, a peer learning network.
We are looking for a motivated candidate who is talented at multitasking in a fast-paced nonprofit environment. This individual should have the focus to handle complex, evolving responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy, accountability, and attention to detail. These responsibilities include managing relationships with internal and external partners and supporting work related to U.S. agriculture, livestock, and value-chain systems. This position will support innovative efforts to advance regenerative agriculture outreach, education, and practice adoption.
