Elisabeth is a Project Manager at the Wallace Center, where she supports our work to advance regenerative agriculture throughout the Midwest and beyond. She first became interested in the connection between regenerative agriculture, healthy communities, and thriving ecosystems while working on a dairy farm in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. She holds an MS in Agriculture, Food, and Environment from Tufts University and a BA from the University of Tennessee.
Elisabeth is based in St. Louis, where you can find her gardening with native plants and obsessing over the latest cool bug she found.
