Tracey Boulandi (she/her)
Program Associate
Resilient Agriculture and Ecosystems
Reston, Virginia

Tracey joined Winrock International in March 2019 with the Human Rights, Education and Empowerment (HREE) Unit. She transitioned to Wallace Center team in November 2020. Tracey obtained her B.A. in Political Science from University of Maryland, which initially sparked her interest in environmental policy and volunteer work with local urban farms. She is currently seeking a Master of Public Administration degree from American University. Tracey has been working in USAID International Development program implementation for the past 4 years. She has supported projects in Haiti, Senegal, Kenya, Bangladesh, and Laos.

Joining Wallace is a full circle opportunity for Tracey to put her passion for agricultural cross-cutting sectors of sustainability, economic development, social equity, and community into practice in the U.S. domestic space.
