Elizabeth has been with the Wallace Center since January 2017. She currently serves as a Project Manager with the Food Systems Leadership team. A love for cooking and gardening and a passion for social justice, sustainability, and community-driven change brought Elizabeth to food systems right out of college, and she has been here ever since. She’s worked on farms, at farmers’ markets, served as an Americorps VISTA in western Colorado, and at Wholesome Wave prior to joining the Wallace Center.

Elizabeth is happiest outdoors, so when the work day is over you can most likely find her on a mountain bike, hiking trail, out in the garden, or reading a book in a hammock in the backyard.
