Natilee weaves a rich tapestry of strategic planning, programming and connecting people, honoring her ancestors with her work. Her work centers economic, racial and food equity, emotional intelligence and people-centered planning and facilitation. She holds a BA from Howard University, a JD from the University of Alabama, and an MA from the University of Sydney. Natilee is based in Huntsville and Mazatlán.
She looks forward to learning from her colleagues in the Wallace Center Advisory Group and contributing to the forward direction of the organization to build healthy farms, more equitable economies, and resilient food systems.
