Kelsey Scott received her BS in Rangeland Management from South Dakota State University and then her M.Ag in Integrated Resource Management from Colorado State University. She now fulfills the role of Director of Programs for the Intertribal Agriculture Council. Kelsey and her family own and operate DX Beef, a direct-to-consumer grass fed beef operation on the Cheyenne River Sioux Indian Reservation. She and her husband truly love their ability to spend their life ranching with their families as they care for the landscape.
Kelsey’s passion is best described as wanting to inspire both producers and consumers in their own lifelong pursuit of biodiversity, resiliency, community impact, and family-focused lives.
